Learn about the Hero FundA LITTLE CLARITY
Questions, answered gently.
How does a connected plaque work?
A QR code opens a dedicated memorial page on a smartphone. All four plaques also support NFC tap access. No app is required.
Can I see a memorial before ordering?
Yes. Explore our sample memorial to see how a simple biography, dates, and photo gallery come together.
Where can I place the plaque?
At a meaningful place where you have permission. Ask the cemetery or property owner before attaching anything. Use the mounting instructions provided with your order and choose a smooth, clean surface.
Is the Memorial Fund a charity?
The fund is an EverMemorial assistance program. Purchases are not charitable donations, and assistance depends on verified need and available funds.
What happens after a Hero Fund approval?
A one-time benefit is added to your account. Choose the eligible plaque and Basic page through the same shop process, then redeem the credit at checkout.
