Shipping, returns & cancellations

Our plaques and memorial cards are personalized and made to order. These terms explain corrections, shipping, and remedies for order issues.

US delivery

Orders are shipped within the United States. Standard US shipping is $8 per order, including a batch of memorial cards. Approved Hero Fund orders include standard US shipping. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Production and shipping timing

Metal stock is ordered in advance of fabrication; production time can vary with material availability and personalization. We aim to ship within 30 days of a completed order unless a different time is stated before purchase. If we cannot meet the promised shipping time, we will seek your agreement to a delay or offer cancellation and an appropriate prompt refund. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Corrections and cancellation before production

Check names, dates, QR-linked memorial details, and addresses carefully. Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible through the merchant support contact on your receipt. We will confirm whether production has begun. An order canceled before personalization begins is eligible for refund of unfulfilled physical goods.

Personalized returns

A correctly made personalized plaque or memorial card is not eligible for a change-of-mind return after fabrication. This does not remove rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect fulfillment, misrepresentation, or other applicable law. Contact us promptly about an issue, preferably within 30 days after delivery, with photographs and your order reference.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Keep the packaging and evidence of the issue. We will review the order and provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. We do not charge a customer to correct an error in our manufacturing or fulfillment. Mounting on an unsuitable surface, unauthorized placement, alteration, or unusual exposure may affect whether an issue is covered.

Digital setup and hosting

Setup is a one-time service. Request cancellation before content review and setup work begin; once performed, setup is generally nonrefundable except where we fail to provide the purchased service or applicable law requires otherwise. Cancel monthly or annual hosting from My account through Stripe to stop future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Unused portions are not automatically refunded, without limiting mandatory legal rights. Lifetime hosting has no recurring bill and remains subject to the service-lifetime definition.

Hero benefits

An approved Hero benefit covers the eligible Basic Slim plaque, Basic memorial setup, lifetime hosting, and standard US shipping. Benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash. They do not cover paid material or plan upgrades. Refunds and chargebacks for regular purchases are reconciled against the fund allocation.
