EverMemorial, operated by BolderBiz LLC, uses personal information to provide memorials, fulfill orders, and review assistance requests.
Information we receive
Account email and authentication records; memorial names, dates, stories, and photographs; application contact details, relationships, and supporting evidence; delivery and payment-status records; consent records; support messages; account moderation decisions; and necessary service logs. Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, full identity documents, or unrelated medical records.
Why we use information
To authenticate users, fulfill orders, provide paid hosting, assess need and service eligibility, prevent fraud, moderate shared memories, and respond to customer requests. We do not sell application evidence or use it for targeted advertising.
Public memorials and private evidence
Published memorial content is visible to visitors who can access the page. Account drafts, shipping details, financial evidence, and service/death documentation remain private and are intended only for the applicant and authorized reviewers. Public memories appear only after review. Do not place sensitive information in your biography or public gallery.
Providers and payment processing
Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, and Storage support accounts, records, and uploads. Stripe handles payments and recurring billing. Hosting and fulfillment providers receive information needed for their roles. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. We use necessary service functionality; advertising analytics are not enabled on this website.
Retention
Authorized staff delete application evidence within 90 days of the final decision unless an active appeal, legal duty, or documented fraud investigation requires it longer. Order and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years or longer where legally required. Memorial content remains while hosting is active; after a paid term ends, we may retain a private copy temporarily for restoration, disputes, or export. We do not promise indefinite retention after hosting ends.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the merchant support contact on your receipt. We verify identity and authority before making changes. Legal/accounting retention requirements and the rights of other family members may limit deletion. Your portal provides an export of your memorial text and structured records; keep your original photographs.
Security
We use account-scoped access and restricted evidence paths. Authorized reviewers should access only information needed for their role. No system can guarantee absolute security. We investigate suspected unauthorized access and follow applicable notice requirements.
Optional public stories
A media checkbox allows us to contact you about a story; it does not authorize publication of your private evidence. We confirm the specific materials, permissions, and channels before public use. Declining does not affect an award.
Children and updates
Purchasing, accounts, and applications are intended for adults. Do not provide identifying information about living children without appropriate parental authority and consent. We will update this notice when our practices materially change. Privacy rights and applicable obligations depend on jurisdiction.
