These terms apply to purchases, memorial pages, hosting, and fund applications provided by EverMemorial, operated by BolderBiz LLC.
Portal access and account moderation
Customers may manage multiple memorials. Customer edits require review before replacing public content. Authorized employees may moderate memorials and memories, warn users, suspend access, or terminate accounts for abuse or violations. Restricted customers retain billing cancellation and private support appeals. Termination schedules existing EverMemorial hosting subscriptions to cancel at period end; it does not automatically refund previous charges or erase records needed for legal/accounting obligations.
Who may use EverMemorial
You must be at least 18 to purchase, create an account, or apply for assistance. You must have authority to create the memorial and provide accurate content, contact, and delivery details. Contracts and purchases are with BolderBiz LLC.
Plaques and personalization
Plastic plaques are 3D printed. Aluminum plaques are produced from preordered stock with personalized name and QR overlays. All four products include NFC. Aluminum products use on-metal NFC tags. Weather-resistant labels are intended to withstand ordinary moisture; printed ink, adhesives, coatings, and plastics may age under sunlight, heat, frost, and exposure. No permanent fade-proof or maintenance-free guarantee is made. Use supplied mounting instructions and obtain property-owner permission.
Memorial setup and page plans
Basic, Plus, and Unlimited memorial setup are separate one-time purchases. Basic includes a simple memorial and up to 10 photographs. Plus includes up to 50 photographs, extended content, and family history. Unlimited adds a family tree, life timeline, and moderated shared memories, with no fixed photograph-count cap. Each uploaded photo is limited to 10 MB. Automated bulk hosting, unlawful content, unrelated commercial storage, and abuse of the service are prohibited.
Monthly and annual hosting
Hosting is purchased separately per memorial. Monthly and annual hosting start at checkout and renew at the selected price plus applicable tax until canceled. Plaque, setup, and shipping are charged once. We obtain separate affirmative agreement to recurring billing. Cancel future renewals in your portal or through the Stripe billing link; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed payment does not immediately delete your content, but publication may become unavailable after the paid period ends.
Lifetime hosting
Lifetime hosting is a one-time purchase for the life of the EverMemorial memorial hosting service. It is not a guarantee that the business or service will exist forever, nor a promise tied to the buyer’s lifespan. No recurring hosting charge applies to the selected memorial. If we permanently discontinue hosting, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 90 days’ notice and a reasonable opportunity to export memorial text and records. Photograph backups should also be retained by the family. Rights required by law remain unaffected.
Your content and authority
You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it to provide the memorial and create the ordered plaque. You are responsible for copyright permissions, family authority, and consent for personal information about living people. Publication requires content review. Private application evidence and shipping details are never part of the public memorial.
Payments, tax, and order confirmation
Stripe handles payments. The shop shows one-time charges, hosting charges, shipping, and recurring frequency; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after verified payment or successful redemption of an approved Hero Fund benefit. Prices shown apply to the selected purchase; material pricing mistakes, unlawful orders, or unavailable items may be corrected or canceled with appropriate refunds.
Community memories
Do not post harassment, threats, unlawful material, private information, impersonation, or spam. Shared memories require review before publication. We may remove unauthorized or harmful content, and review family or rights-holder requests for corrections or removal.
Funds and optional publicity
Awards depend on verified eligibility, available funding, and written confirmation. An application is not approval. Publicity is optional and never affects eligibility. Our assistance programs are not represented as tax-deductible charitable organizations.
Service changes and support
We may make reasonable operational changes and will provide notice of material changes to ongoing hosting or future pricing. Existing paid periods remain subject to their agreed price. For purchase questions, use the merchant support contact shown on your receipt. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
