Our Memorial Fund and Hero Fund help preserve lives with dignity. Applications are reviewed individually and require supporting evidence.
Monthly 30% contribution
Each month, 30% of eligible plaque, memorial setup, and hosting sales is reserved for the Memorial Fund. Taxes and shipping are excluded. Refunded sales and chargebacks reduce eligible sales after reconciliation. Processor fees are not deducted from the contribution base. Allocations may carry forward to support larger awards; an allocation is not a claim that money has already been distributed.
Memorial Fund assistance
Assistance may include funeral or burial support, including an entirely covered service when funds and circumstances allow, or memorial plaques for multiple families. No amount is guaranteed by submitting an application. Awards are confirmed separately before the recipient should rely on them. We provide assistance; we do not sell or perform funeral, burial, or prepaid funeral services.
Required evidence
Applicants must be adults with authority to apply. Memorial Fund requests require evidence of death or memorial need, an estimate or clearly stated request, and redacted financial-need evidence. Provide only the information necessary for review. Additional verification may be requested.
Hero Fund eligibility
Fire, EMS, Police, and members of any US military branch who died during active duty or active service may qualify. Provide their name, service/branch or agency, proof of active service, and supporting evidence of death. An authorized family member or representative may apply. We review the circumstances and may request additional evidence.
One-time Hero tribute
Approval adds a one-time benefit to the applicant’s account covering one Basic Slim 3D-printed plaque, Basic memorial setup, lifetime hosting, and standard US shipping. Redeem through the shop’s normal memorial creation process. Lifetime has the same service-lifetime definition as paid hosting. The benefit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, duplicated, or applied to upgrades.
Review and reconsideration
Authorized reviewers consider evidence, eligibility, authority, available funding, and duplicate or fraudulent requests. Requests are not automatically approved. Applications needing more evidence may remain pending. A decision may be questioned or reconsidered by contacting the merchant support contact on the order or decision correspondence. Do not submit duplicate requests to bypass a decision.
Privacy and publicity
Supporting evidence remains private. Publicity is never a condition of assistance. A specific confirmed media release is required before using a recipient’s story. Aggregate program totals may be published without identifying recipients.
Company program
These are company assistance programs, not represented as independently registered nonprofit charities or tax-deductible donation programs. Purchases are not charitable donations. Future program rules may change; already confirmed awards remain subject to their agreed terms.
